Fried Shrimps

  Ingredients 1 pound fresh shrimps, peeled and deveined 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 large eggs, beaten Vegetable oil, for frying Lemon wedges, for serving (optional) Tartar sauce or cocktail sauce, for dipping (optional) Instructions Start by rinsing the shrimps under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels. This ensures the shrimps are clean and helps the coating adhere better. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. LASAGNA SOUP

    INGREDIENTS 1 lb. Ground beef 1 lb. Ground Italian sausage 10 Lasagna noodles 1 Onion chopped 24 oz. Jar of pasta sauce 4 tsp. Minced garlic 8 C. Chicken broth 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste 14 oz. Can diced tomatoes 1 tsp. Sugar 2 tsp. Balsamic vinegar 2 tsp. Basil 1 tsp. Oregano 1 Bay leaf Salt and pepper to taste. INSTRUCTIONS In a large pot placed over medium-heat, add the ground beef, sausage and onion. Cook these ingredients until they become brown. If there is any excess fat, drain it. Place the pot back on the stove and add in garlic. Saute for 30 secs. Add in all the remaining ingredients except for the noodles, cover the pot and bring to boil. Break the lasagna noodles into pieces and add them to your pot. Lower the heat to medium-low and cook until the noodles are soft. Add parmesan cheese, mozzarella, or ricotta on top. Serve and enjoy!

  Ingredients 4 teaspoons vinegar one-fourth cup sugar three-fourths teaspoon dry mustard one-fourth teaspoon salt 1 cup mayonnaise 2 bags (10 oz. bags) fine shredded cabbage, chopped to one-eighth inch one-fourth cup finely chopped carrots Directions: three-fourths teaspoon dry mustard one-fourth teaspoon salt 1 cup mayonnaise 2 bags (10 oz. bags) fine shredded cabbage, chopped to one-eighth inch one-fourth cup finely chopped carrots Whisk vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt together until sugar is dissolved. Add mayonnaise and whisk to mix. Add cabbage and carrots. Mix to combine. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve. Makes six to eight servings.

Caramel apple cinnamon roll Lasagna

  INGREDIENTS: 2 cans cinnamon rolls 4 peeled and diced large apples ½ cup sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon cornstarch ¼ –1/3 cup caramel sauce INSTRUCTIONS: Prepare the oven by warming it at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare your ceramic/ glass 8x8x2-inch dish by spraying it with nonstick spray. Combine the diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, corn starch and nutmeg in a bowl. Slice the cinnamon rolls into ¼-inch slices and spread it thin over a surface that is floured. (Dust the top of the dough with flour so that it does not stick). Spread the flattened cinnamon roll at the bottom and sides of the prepared dish. Press with your hands to seal the rolls. Spread half of the apple filling over the flattened dough. southern styled oxtails

  Ingredients 2 1/2 pounds beef oxtails 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 2 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp freshly cracked or ground black pepper 3/4 cup vegetable oil 3 cups beef broth OR water 1 large yellow onion sliced 3 cloves of fresh garlic minced * more salt & pepper for taste Instructions Season the oxtails with 2 tsp kosher salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. Drizzle the worcestershire sauce all over the oxtails, then toss the oxtails to make sure that they are coated. Next, sprinkle 1/4 cup of flour all over the oxtails, and make sure that the oxtails are coated with the flour. Next pour the vegetable oil into a large pan, and place the pan over medium heat. Once the oil is nice and hot, add the oxtails in, and brown them. Once the oxtails are nice and brown remove them from the pan, and put them in the slow cooker.   Ingredients : 1 lb ground beef 1 package taco seasoning 2/3 cup water chili cheese Fritos 1/2 can cheddar cheese soup 1/4 cup milk 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Directions: 1.) Brown beef or turkey over medium high heat until no longer pink. Drain fat and add in the taco seasoning and water. 2.) Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and meat is thoroughly coated in seasoning. 3.) Layer chili cheese Fritos on the bottom of and 8 x 8 baking dish. Place seasoned meat on top of Fritos. 4.) In a saucepan, heat cheddar cheese soup and milk over low heat. Once warm, pour cheese mixture on top of meat. 5.) Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over cheese and place pan in preheated oven, 350, for about 12-14 minutes. Remove pan from oven and scoop desired amount onto plate.

Hawaiian Grilled Teriyaki Chicken

  Ingredients 3 pounds chicken thighs, boneless, skinless  1 cup soy sauce  1 cup water  1 cup sugar  5 cloves garlic, crushed  1 ginger root, cut thin and lengthwise   Directions There should be enough marinade that you can stir the chicken freely. If it’s hard to stir, you need to add more sauce. Combine the water and soy sauce and then dissolve the sugar in the liquid. Add the desired amounts of ginger and garlic. Add the chicken. Soak the chicken in the marinade for at least 24 hours. You can also boil the chicken in the sauce right after you make it if you want to eat it sooner than later. After you have marinated the chicken, you are ready to grill. Just cook the chicken on the grill like you would any other meat. Add a little fresh teriyaki sauce to the pot and it will steam the grilled chicken, assuring the chicken ends up very tender and juicy

  Ingredients: °A large tomato, cut into cubes. °4 ounces. From 2% sharp cheddar cheese, I chopped it up before using it. °4 ounces. of nacho Doritos cheese, crushed into bite-size pieces. °A pound of lean beef. °Low sodium taco seasoning, I used one small can. °Iceberg lettuce, we will need a medium head, cut into small pieces. °Light Catalina/French Dressing, I used a cup. Instructions I started by browning the ground beef, using a medium skillet, breaking up the pieces until brown, stirring with a wooden spoon for a few minutes. Next, I added the can of taco seasoning over the cooked meat and continued to stir until well combined. Next, I transferred the chopped lettuce to a large mixing bowl, and added the diced tomatoes, ground beef, and cheddar cheese.   Ingredients : 2 to 3lbs of Skinless Chicken Breast 2 bags of Raw Extra Large Shrimp(peeled and deveined)Found at Walmart 5 lb bag of red skin potatoes 2 bags of Broccoli Florets(Steamable Bags) 8 oz bags Cheddar Cheese Monterey Jack Cheese 3 sticks of butter Old Bay seasoning Parsley Flakes Minced Garlic Directions : Cook your chicken breast in a little oil until golden brown. Season with seasoned salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Cut into cubes after it’s done cooking. Let sit for a few minutes before I cut it up. Cut your potatoes into cubes and boil in water until they are still firm but soft enough for a fork to go through. After your shrimp is unthawed. Rinse well and season with old bay and parsley. Melt a stick of butter in a skillet and about a tablespoon of minced garlic to pan then add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are done. Usually takes a couple of minutes per side. Turkey pockets

  Ingredients  Stuffed turkey on the stove. Mash potatoes also green bean casserole as sides. Knorr Buckets are used to make turkey broth. Roasted turkey flavour. When we went to the deli, for dinner we ordered thick slices of turkey! I’ve seen them thinner and I might try. This is a turkey deli (maple honey, it was on sale). Dinner ordered thick slices. He cooked the stove and stuffed it. Put the broth on top (broth left on the stove for those who want more). Bake for 25 to 30 minutes @ 350 degrees (until nice and hot). Enjoy !

  INGREDIENTS 8 hot dogs, cut into 1/2-inch slices 2 (15-ounce) cans chili (either with or without beans) 3/4 cup ketchup 1 teaspoon Worcestershire 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 (28-ounce) bag frozen tater tots INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine sliced hot dogs, chili, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheese on top. Spread tater tots on top of cheese layer. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes.
